I’m Connor, founder of Praxis AU.
Across my career, I’ve worked with many different businesses and personally coached over 200 people in many different points of life.
I founded Praxis AU to offer leaders something practical and personal: space to think clearly, challenge assumptions and turn insight into action.
My experience includes leading teams of more than 50 people across large-scale retail environments, managing diverse and multi-generational teams, and holding P&L responsibility in multimillion-dollar businesses. I hold a GCM, GDM and MBA, all specialising in business management, allowing my practical insight to be further informed by applied study and learnings across the globe.
